No vein repeats itself. Alabaster carries within it the signature of time — a piece, a character, a light. No molds. No repetition. Natural alabaster does not do the same thing twice.
JILVA is achieved in a single gesture: a compact volume of alabaster, supported by discreet metalwork. The stone is solid-carved, never reconstituted, and it does all the work.
When off, it is a mineral volume. When lit, it is a soft, glare-free light source: alabaster diffuses light deeply instead of reflecting it on the surface.
Each block is extracted and then individually carved: veins, color and degree of translucency vary from one piece to another. The one you receive will not resemble any other — this is the counterpart, and the appeal, of a natural stone. This model is available in 4 sizes: choose according to the volume of the room.
By day, its matte texture creates a soft presence. At night, when lit, it becomes an organic source of light. Two objects in one.
