No vein repeats itself. Alabaster carries within it the signature of time — a piece, a character, a light. No molds. No repetition. Natural alabaster does not do the same thing twice.
A block of alabaster at the end of a wire. BEMBI does not seek effect: the stone is enough, and the light passing through it does the rest.
The translucency of alabaster is everything: the light penetrates it, revealing the stone's layers, and emerges softened. No hot spots, no glare.
Alabaster is never the same twice. The veins, the warmth of the tone, the way the light diffuses through it: all of this depends on the original block. Your piece will be unique in the truest sense. This model is available in 10 sizes: choose according to the volume of the room.
The material · Alabaster
A natural, translucent stone. Switched off, it stays matte; switched on, light passes through it and reveals its veins.
From quarry to workshop.
Cut, turned, then sanded: the thinner the wall, the softer the light.
A soft, dry cloth. No water and no cleaning products.
Yes. Every vein pattern is different. Yours will have its own character.
By day, its matte texture creates a soft presence. At night, when lit, it becomes an organic source of light. Two objects in one.
