No vein repeats itself. Alabaster carries within it the signature of time — a piece, a character, a light. No molds. No repetition. Natural alabaster does not do the same thing twice.
AMPE embraces restraint. A solid block of alabaster, a mounting that recedes, and the material left alone before the light.
When lit, the block glows from within: the veins appear in silhouette, and the translucency of the alabaster transforms a simple bulb into a warm halo. Nothing jars the eye; the light is held by the stone.
Because the stone is natural and carved piece by piece, no two examples are ever identical. Variations in veining and translucency are part of the product, not its flaws.

A natural, translucent stone. Switched off, it stays matte; switched on, light passes through it and reveals its veins.
