At Korven Studio, we want every piece to match your expectations perfectly. If it doesn't, you have 30 days from delivery to request a return.

How to make a return

To start a return, simply email us at:

Please include:

• Your name
• Your order number
• The product concerned
• The reason for the return (optional)

We will then send you detailed instructions and the return address.
Return shipping costs are paid by the customer.

Eligibility

To be accepted, the product must:

• Be in its original condition
• Be unused
• Be returned in its original packaging
• Include all accessories, if any

Items returned without a prior request cannot be accepted.

Damaged or defective items

Please attach:

• Photos of the product
• Photos of the packaging
• Your order number

We will replace the item or refund you, depending on the situation.

Refunds

Once your return has been received and inspected, we will notify you by email.

The refund is issued to your original payment method within 14 days at most. We may withhold the refund until we have received the returned item. The time it takes to appear on your account may vary depending on your bank or card issuer.

Exchanges

To exchange a product, first make a return, then place a new, separate order. This is the fastest way to receive your new item.
