No vein repeats itself. Alabaster carries within it the signature of time — a piece, a character, a light. No molds. No repetition. Natural alabaster does not do the same thing twice.
We designed the MARKI wall light with an absolute commitment to letting the nobility of the stone shine through. Two sublime columns in natural Spanish alabaster rise from a delicate arch in brushed solid brass. Each cylinder is meticulously sculpted into stacked rings, creating a fascinating visual texture. Due to the stone's natural veining, every wall light is a truly unique work of art, meeting the standards of the most prestigious hotel and residential projects.
The ingenuity of its design lies in its completely concealed lighting. Discreet integrated LED sources illuminate each column from within. The light gently filters through the alabaster rings, creating a warm, even vertical halo of 700 lumens (3000K). Perfectly dimmable, it provides powerful functional lighting for a bathroom or an intimate, subdued ambiance in a bedroom.
The MARKI wall light transcends eras. Its combination of creamy stone and warm brass blends with infinite grace into Japandi, Wabi-Sabi, Modern Mediterranean, or Hollywood Regency interiors. With its compact format of 48 cm in height, it is ideal for framing the mirror of your vanity unit, punctuating the walls of a long hallway, standing out as a pair of bedside reading lights, or enhancing the space of your entryway.
The material · Alabaster
A natural, translucent stone. Switched off, it stays matte; switched on, light passes through it and reveals its veins.
From quarry to workshop.
Cut, turned, then sanded: the thinner the wall, the softer the light.
A soft, dry cloth. No water and no cleaning products.
Yes. Every vein pattern is different. Yours will have its own character.
By day, its matte texture creates a soft presence. At night, when lit, it becomes an organic source of light. Two objects in one.
