No vein repeats itself. Alabaster carries within it the signature of time — a piece, a character, a light. No molds. No repetition. Natural alabaster does not do the same thing twice.
A piece of alabaster and nothing else: BANSE is reduced to the essentials, a mineral volume placed against the wall, without ornament or artifice.
When lit, the block glows from within: the veins appear in silhouette, the translucency of the alabaster transforms a simple bulb into a warm halo. Nothing jars the eye; the light is held by the stone.
Rated IP44, BANSE withstands water splashes: it finds its place in a bathroom, outside the shower enclosure, or under a porch, covered terrace or awning. For a facade directly exposed to rain, prefer an IP65 model.
Alabaster is never the same twice. The veins, the warmth of the tone, the way the light diffuses through it: it all depends on the original block. Your piece will be unique, in the strictest sense.
