The Shiwu wall lamp reinterprets the timeless charm of classic reading lamps through the lens of Wabi-Sabi. Its organic silhouette, evoking the softness of a wild mushroom, is born from the union of a warm solid wood base and a raw travertine shade.
Suspended from the end of a curved metal stem, the stone dome diffuses the light to create a cozy and soothing atmosphere. The natural imperfections of the travertine are illuminated from within, revealing a rich and vibrant texture that contrasts with the smooth finish of the wood.
Combining retro aesthetics with modern technology, Shiwu features a discreet touch switch for intuitive everyday use. It is the ideal piece to adorn a headboard, warm up a reading nook, or bring a touch of mineral poetry to an entryway.
The material · Travertine
A limestone marked by pores and veins. We leave them visible: they give it its character.
Pores left open.
Its pores come from bubbles trapped in the stone. They catch the light.
A dry or barely damp cloth. Never vinegar or lemon.
Yes. Every block has its own tones. Yours will have its own character.
